Hi. My name is Rockford and I'm a large, good-looking dude, if I do say so myself. I'm a confident guy with a "just right" level of energy. I respond quickly to basic commands like sit, stay, down and shake hands...err, I mean paws. One of my favorite activities is to go for a walk; since I hear people giving me high praise, I've come to conclude they're happy with the way I stay with them and don't pull on the leash. Treats are another thing I look forward to. I'll do my sit or down in a split second for one of those yummies. I'm a popular guy in playgroups with my canine buddies who are the same size as me, but I'm not good with little dogs. I'll do well in a home where I can give and get lots of affection. I'll make you so proud of me that you will wonder how you lived this long without me.
